WHO CAN USE E-TITULO?

E-TITULO is a digital platform designed for residents of the MAPSA area, which includes Abra de Ilog, Calintaan, Looc, Lubang, Magsaysay, Mamburao, Paluan, Rizal, Sablayan, San Jose, and Santa Cruz. This service is specifically available to individuals who have been granted or awarded land by the government. The system enables applicants to conveniently submit requirements online, track the status of their land title application, receive notifications, and communicate with the concerned offices, making the entire process more efficient, transparent, and accessible.
