E-TITULO System User Guide

Your complete guide to navigating the E-TITULO system

1. Creating an Account and Logging In

Step 1: Creating an Account

  1. Access the Registration Page: Navigate to the registration page of the E-TITULO system.
  2. Fill in the Registration Form: Complete the required fields such as your:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Valid identification (if required)
    • Phone number (if applicable)
    • Other necessary personal details
  3. Set Up a Secure Password: Choose a strong password to secure your account.
  4. Submit the Registration Form: Once all fields are filled out correctly, click the "Register" button to create your account.
  5. Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear once your account is successfully created. You may need to verify your email (if required) to activate your account.

Step 2: Logging In

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: Go to the Login page of the E-TITULO system.
  2. Enter Your Credentials: Input your registered email address and the password you created during registration.
  3. Click "Login": Press the "Login" button to access your dashboard.
  4. Successful Login: Upon entering valid credentials, you will be redirected to your Dashboard where you can manage your applications and view notifications.

2. Topbar Overview

The Topbar is located at the top of the page, providing quick access to important information and actions.

  • Notification Icon: Displays a bell icon that alerts you to any important notifications, such as updates to your application or new unread messages.
    • Unread Notifications: If there are unread notifications, a red dot will appear next to the notification icon.
    • Access Notifications: Click the notification icon to view detailed notifications.

3. Sidebar Overview

The Sidebar is located on the left side of the page and contains various sections for navigating through the system:

  • Requirements: This section outlines the criteria and requirements for both Agricultural and Residential land applications.
    • Here you can view all necessary documents and prerequisites for each application type.
  • Residential: Allows you to fill out the Residential Application Form.
    • Upload necessary documents and fulfill the requirements for residential land applications.
    • Track your submission progress and receive updates.
  • Agricultural: This section enables you to fill out the Agricultural Application Form.
    • Upload all required documents and meet the criteria for agricultural land applications.
    • You can track the status of your agricultural application here.
  • Application Status: In this section, you can view the status of your submitted applications.
    • Monitor whether your application is approved, pending, or if there are any updates or requests for additional information.
  • Messages: This section allows you to read messages from staff.
    • You will be notified of new messages if the staff requires any further information or if there are updates regarding your application.
  • Logout: Use this option to securely log out of the system when you're finished with your session.

4. Chatbot Modal

The Chatbot is an interactive feature designed to help answer your questions about the E-TITULO system.

  1. Open the Chatbot:
    • Click the Chatbot icon located at the bottom-right corner of the page to open the chat modal.
  2. Ask Questions:
    • Type in your questions about the system, such as:
      • "What is E-TITULO?"
      • "What documents do I need for an agricultural land application?"
    • The chatbot will respond with helpful answers or guide you to the relevant information.
  3. Close the Chatbot:
    • You can close the chatbot by clicking the close button (×) at the top-right corner of the chatbot modal.

5. Tracking Application Progress (Tracking Bar)

The Tracking Bar is a visual representation of your application's progress through various steps. The steps correspond to actions completed by different offices and personnel.

  • Completed Steps:
    • Green circles indicate steps that have been completed, with a checkmark inside.
    • Hovering over the completed step will display the office and position responsible for that step.
  • Current Step:
    • The orange circle with an hourglass icon shows the current step where your application is being processed.
    • This step is active and in progress.
  • Pending Steps:
    • Empty circles represent steps that are still pending, waiting to be completed by the relevant personnel.

6. Application Progress and Notifications

Once you have submitted an application, you will receive notifications related to the status of your application. These include:

  • Application Status Changes: Notifications will alert you if there are any updates to the status of your application (approved, rejected, pending).
  • Step Updates: Notifications will inform you of any new steps added to your application process or if the current step has been completed.
  • Unread Messages: If you receive any new messages from the staff, you will be notified in the Notification in the topbar and it will land you to the Messages section.
